Danzón Art Gallery is available for event rental for private art showing, receptions, cocktails, birthday parties, live music and wine tasting.

Gallery Space:
1,317 square feet space not to include storage areas

Gallery Equipment:
Tables at no charge
Storage space for set up only (no cooking, oven or stove)

Property Rules & Regulations:
No food or drinks are to be placed on the artwork or sculpture. Any Damage caused to any artwork or furnishing will be billed at the full retail value with payment due and payable, without offset or demand, within 7 days of the event.

Fee Schedule:
Rental fee is $500 per day
Non refundable deposit of $250 due upon receipt of reservation.
Balance due seven business days prior to the scheduled event

Please note that rental fee does not apply to art exhibitors.

Set Up:
To be arranged with details to be delivered no less than 7 days prior to
the event.

Danzón Art Gallery will not be liable and will be indemnified and held harmless for the serving of any alcoholic beverages to any guest. In no event shall alcohol be sold on the premises.
